The rooms must be cleaned thoroughly and checked before being assigned. I walked into my room and was hit with the most sickening smell. The bed was made, but clearly the room had not been cleaned. There was no smell of a cleaning product at all. I was disgusted. I have stayed at Marriott before and was relatively pleased. This experience has left a sour thought in my mind which will make me hesitant to book here again

Only stayed 1 night. No breakfast included which we knew. Thermostat didnt seem to work, the air conditioner didnt come on when we lowered the temp. Was tolerable for one night. Overall stay was okay.

It was a decent room. Only complaint is that the WiFi was intermittently working and I wasn’t able to get the breakfast as one person was working the counter. No other complaints honestly.

There are bedbugs in this hotel. I stayed in room 1108. Once I brought it to the attention of the managers with video and photo evidence, they stated that they would issue a refund and to contact Expedia for the same. Since then, the managers have rejected Expedia’s request for the refund and have since refused to communicate with me. I would not stay at this hotel again nor would I recommend any others stay here.
