The curtain handle was broken. I could have gotten a cut but did not notice it until the second day when I could not reach it. The sofa was very dirty and old. The last time I was here it was clean big and beautiful now I get the leftovers. The toilet paper holder was broken so I put the roll of toilet paper on the counter. The bath tub had a piece of hair in it. NOT MINE! I have blond hair. I’m not a fan of bath mats. You can still slip and it looked old. Do they not put a new one in every tub? The lock box never opened it’s the same password as my phone. So all my ID was in there and electronics. When you have shuttle buses that say they drop you off at the Hard Rock MEAN IT!!! I had to walk two blocks with a heavy suitcase. The food servers never seem to have a smile on their face. The only one that did was a disabled young girl which I think was awesome that Hard Rock hires. She was pleasant and happy. It’s pretty bad when I write I note on the receipt smile and put a smiling face on it. I had the young lady again and asked her how many tables do you get. I laughed. I told her I do this business at home and answer phones take over sets prep food bag and tag was dishes and wait on 8 tables and a small counter. Yes it’s a lot but I joke and laugh and apologize for being late on taking their order. I chose here to get away for piece and quiet and see the ocean and may be one morning wake up early and dance on the sand. I cut my stay and left early. I was so disappointed

First of all i was charged $80 extra at the time of check in. I was told this is expedia fee which is terrible because thks was not disclose at all. Its illegal to charge peuple without prior disclosure. I was charged at the time of check in. I paid for non smoking rooms but the room had a cigarettes odor the entire stay. Even my don who is 15 years old noticed the smell. I will not consider staying at the hard rock cafe anymore. I am asking for a manager to reach out to me. Thanks

Check in was at 5pm but we had to wait until almost 6 to get into our room. We had to go back to the front desk after driving for 5 hours. The original room we paid for (two queen beds ocean view) was still not cleaned. The receptionist gave us a different room one queen bed and our daughter slept on a cot bed that the bell service brought to our room. I feel that if check in is at 5:00 then families should be able to go to their room at 5:00. Bell service was fantastic, very personable.
