The hotel room was very nice and we had everything we needed in the room. The pool area is undersized for the amount of rooms they have. The whole time we stayed the pool was filled with kids screaming and yelling. The parking lot has trash in it including a used condom so that needs some attention. In the area this is the nicest hotel by a mile it’s a shame the clientele this area attracts has so little respect for the property and fellow guests. I’ll end on a positive note the breakfast is very nice and we left full each morning.

Would have given 5 stars overall, but the bed in room 127 was terrible and needs to be replaced. Could not get comfortable and had trouble sleeping all night. Aside from that everything else was wonderful, but getting a good night’s sleep is very important!!

Unfortunately I had one of the worst experiences staying at this property. During the quiet hours I overheard another guest in the room close by arguing and screaming. The last night resulted in the police being called. Management was not helpful at assisting. I’ve also contacted corporate in regards to this matter.

Hotel was dirty(hairs all in the bedding and stained sofa and carpet), ant infested, walls were cracked and peeling, people were blasting music and having parties all hours of the night, unsupervised kids playing kick ball down the hallways, the lobby’s coffee bar was bare and unmaintained, the pool area was very rowdy with unsupervised kids, the hot tub wasn’t even an option because it was full of toddlers and kids(no adults), and the staff and management seemed to brush everything off like it was no big deal. We’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past and it was always a nice, family friendly and relaxing place to stay..that is no longer the case! To sum it all up, you couldn’t even pay me to stay at this hotel again!
