Not Impressed, Nickled & Dimed to the MAX

A few points to consider before booking: 1. They charge for almost every possible amenity including the snacks and water in your room. If you lift the snacks from their placeholder in the room for longer than 15 seconds, it will automatically charge to your card. This sounds silly yet feels like an intimidating experience. Not to mention that the snacks are severely overpriced. 2. When booking a reservation at their restaurant they ask you to pay an extra $25 if you prefer window seating. 3. Their resort fee of $31 actually comes out to $39 which is mandatory, includes WiFi for two devices and you will receive a $5 parking voucher. Parking at their designated garage is $15 per day. 4. The Nobu restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, which also means room service would be unavailable on those days. All to consider, it feels like you’re being nickel & dimed for every minor thing you touch or use….

The hotel was beautiful as well as the room for the price. Room was comfortable and had good amenities (steamer for clothes) nice robes, good hair dryer and hair iron. Had good black out curtains. Located in a good area VERY close to the local hospital and also from the outlet shopping area (was a 10 min walk). The area was safe to walk around to the other casinos and the boardwalk was easy to get to. We stayed for 3 nights in April and was perfect, not overly crowded. We intend to return in the summer to enjoy the beach and pool area more.

The guests in the adjacent room kept their television volume at an excessively loud level throughout the entire night. Despite the late hour, the noise was so disruptive that my wife and I were **unable to sleep at all**. This has left us exhausted and deeply frustrated, as we chose your hotel expecting a comfortable and restful experience. THE SOUND INSULATION ARE TERRIBLE

First off, the agent at check in, Diamond, was terribly rude! No greetings, no eye contact, no smiles, kept looking at the customer she helped before us, who's now talking to maybe the manager. We didn't get to stay at Nobu suites, despite me making reservations specifically for that. When we checked in at 9pm, they only have 1Nobu suite and the 2nd room at Ocean. We were sooooo disappointed. Finally they put us all in Ocean suites. They said it's a free upgrade but we pay for the other upgrade! Why do we have to pay when they made the mistake?? We were too tired and accepted that. We thanked Diamond, and she finally smiled!

I loved this property it was apart of Cesar’s palace however it had its own ambience and it was beautiful. The room was clean I didn’t really eat the food but my stay was amazing

Nobu is Beautiful

I enjoyed my stay at the Nobu Tower. The shower was amazing and I loved the aesthetic. I would definitely return.

Smells like smoke all over including in non smoking rooms. Was charge extra to book a lager room I did not want but was force to get, that room smell like cigarettes. I am very disappointed. I ask to speak to a Supervisor and they refuse to connect me to one.
