This beautiful 3 bdrm, 2 full bath home sits on the inter-coastal waterway with beautiful bay views. Off street parking for three cars right in front of property in safe neighborhood.

Easy water access right in back of property with swimming access, waterfront seating, kayaks, stand up paddle board, fishing, and crabbing traps available for use.

Walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, and downtown Ventnor, which is filled with restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shops, live music, and more.

Sleeps 8 comfortably with a large grate room, dining room, and kitchen. Kitchen has bar and bar stools for entertaining.

Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher and microwave.

It is a beautiful property by the inlet. We enjoyed the walks on the boardwalk, which is about 10 minutes, from the house.

Very roomy and as advertised. Not an updated place but as long as you set your expectations for that, it’s a super place to stay. Lots of equipments in the kitchen. Close to the beach, a block from a couple coffee places and restaurants. It was quiet and dedicated off street parking.

Chill with a view.

We neeed a place near family for an event that could accommodate 5 adults and 2 cars. We not only got that, but a spacious one with picture windows overlooking the canal near the beach, with a laid back and gracious host and plently of room for each of us to relax. The kitchen was fully kitted and the beds very comfortable.
