Welcome to a stunning vacation retreat that offers the epitome of luxury and comfort. This property can accommodate 14 guests, with 6 spacious bedrooms and 5.5 elegant bathrooms spread across three floors.

New home on the prestigious "Gold Coast" of Brigantine, New Jersey. You are steps away from your private dock and dips in the bay. This is a fisherman's heaven. Home features 3 story elevator, Custom Gourmet Kitchen with Wolf Range, griddle and quartz countertops. Enjoy views from all 3 furnished decks of the Atlantic City skyline and the Borgata. A perfect view for fireworks or the sunset. Enjoy the fire pits on the 1st and 2nd floor decks.

No detail has been left out in this home!

The first floor has 2 bedrooms that have sliders out to the beautiful deck and water view. There is another bedroom with a pull out couch, perfect for kids or extra guests. The bedroom with the double beds has 2 TV's, perfect for 2 gamers who both want to play at the same time.

The 2nd floor has 2 Master Suites. Both rooms have access to the 2nd floor deck. One suite has 2 couches and a sitting area. The other suite has a private family room outside of the bedroom and private access to exit the home.

The 3rd floor space includes the Gourmet kitchen filled with high end cookware, utensils and serving dishes. There are 2 refrigerator and a wine fridge. You can host your friends and family in style! Sit out on the COVERED deck - that's right! The 3rd floor deck is covered for year round use. You can enjoy the views in comfort in any season. Put on your favorite tunes and relax.

Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and a smart TV. The house is hard wired with stereo surround sound. Music can be played in the 2nd floor rooms, 3rd floor as well as on the 2nd and 3rd floor decks. There is a generator, so don't worry about losing power - we got you covered.

Handicap access directly from the garage to each level with the elevator.

2 minute drive to the beach, 5 minute walk to the Brigantine Farmer's Market. 10 minute drive to Atlantic City and the AC boardwalk.

Hypo-Allergenic dogs under 20 pounds may be accepted on a case by case basis. No shedding dogs allowed. Owner is severely allergic. Owner has a hypo-allergenic goldendoodle that stays in the home when not rented.

With close proximity to Atlantic City, skip the hotels and still indulge in the comfort of this luxury home, where every detail has been carefully curated to offer an unforgettable vacation experience. The stunning waterfront location, modern amenities and beachy décor, Paradise on the Bay is the perfect destination for your next getaway, girl's weekend or Bachelor or Bachelorette Shindig.

Winter at Paradise on the Bay is still Paradise! Close to the nightlife in Atlantic City. Excellent restaurants and plenty of things to do. Our bayfront view is spectacular and looks as beautiful in the winter. 2 firepits to keep you warm as you sit outside and enjoy bay life.

Our house is right next door to one of the biggest and best Elks Lodges on the east coast. Bands play nightly from Wednesday to Sunday on the outside deck. You have a full view to the music and party while on vacation. Food and music Wednesday through Sunday during the summer and winter. You must be an ELKS member to visit the Brigantine Elks. We are proud members of the Elks and welcome our fellow Elk friends to Paradise on the Bay!

Absolutely amazing stay. Everyone loved it! The pictures are wonderful but it looks even better in person. We absolutely loved the views, hanging on the porches and dock, and the magnificent kitchen. If the opportunity presents itself, we would definitely rent here again.

Aptly named "Paradise on the Bay"

Amazing location. Very easy for three families (three generations!) to enjoy a week together. We enjoyed the music from the Elks, the grill, the dock, the paddle boards, the kitchen, all the decks, etc etc. While it was a great gathering place, the house was large enough that anyone could always get away for quiet time as well. Everything seemed very easy and we really appreciated the extra beach towels, hose to clean off when we came back from the beach, all the kitchen accessories, the music system and so much more. No complaints, only good memories! Thank you for sharing your house. We hope to come back!

We had an amazing time staying at Paradise on the Bay which exceeded our expectations. My family and I enjoyed every second due to the top notch amenities, breath taking views and live entertainment from The Elks Club. We even got to see Santa Claus on the beach and gave him a few ideas for Christmas. We were so blessed to have stayed there!

Another great Holiday vacation!

This is the second year we stayed at this home during the Christmas holiday and it didn’t disappoint. The house is well kept and conveniently located to restaurants and AC hotels. The kitchen has all the amenities and supplies you need for a large family dinner. The elevator allowed my mom to navigate from her room to the upper level with ease. Owners were very responsive throughout our stay. The only issue we had was not with the home but our experience with the Brigantine police. It seemed odd that both times during our stay a family member was pulled over and ask “what brings them to the area”. It’s a vacation town, really? I only mention this here, because it is something that visitors should note while traveling in the area.

A Terrific Place

What an incredible beach home! This place is large, full of natural light and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen is a dream and fully accessorized - just bring a chef!! The beds are super comfortable and outside space is amazing. There were 14 of us and the house never felt crowded. This is a true retreat. You won’t go wrong staying here.

Family function

When we initially walked in we were quite impressed with literally EVERYTHING! The attention to detail was amazing as well. Beach decor was impressive and made it really feel like a "shore home". The beds were super comfortable. Plenty of space with adequate bathrooms. The 3 level covered decks were also super convenient along with all of the high end outside furniture including a bar and firepits. They had plenty of outside equipment including bikes, rafts, coolers,etc for entertainment. We did not use the karaoke machine but it was available for use if wanted. Everything is very high end including all the kitchen appliances and needs. The bay has a lot of action so you can sit on any of the decks and watch for entertainment purposes. The owners were super nice and accommodative with all of our needs. We have family who will also be booking in the near future and we 100% look forward to coming back. Everyone had such a amazing time and all were very impressed and pleased with their experience. Couldn't have asked for a better place and location for our needs. Thank you for our AMAZING time ❀

Fantastic

The place is beautiful. We found it relaxing, close to the beach and a 30 minute drive to Ocean City. We enjoyed biking, paddle boarding, days at the beach, reading and the gorgeous view from each of the three decks. We really would love to come back for a future family vacation.

Amazing Home!

This home was truly perfect for our family of 13. The house was incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. If you cook, the kitchen is a dream with top of the line EVERYTHING! There was not a gadget, appliance or dish that you would need that they didn’t have and two refrigerators was awesome for that many people. The views are unbelievable!! The 3 decks and furniture could not have been better! You could totally stay at the house with those views the whole time, but the beach was also so close. Really a perfect location! The hosts were incredibly responsive and very kind. All information that you needed for your stay was printed out and easy to understand. If you are looking for a really perfect house on the bay, this house is for you!

Great beach vacation

The house was wonderful. The views and being right on the water were especially awesome for those of us with young kids - felt like we were still on vacation during naptime and early bedtimes. The house was plenty big for 9 ppl, we didn’t even use all the bedrooms. Clean, modern, cozy and beautiful - if going to Brigantine, stay here!

Insane House!!

This house is excellent. Plenty of places to sleep for our large group. Outdoor balcony on all three floors and elevator. Loved the house surround sound system and chefs kitchen. Host was very responsive and easy to talk with. Close ride to the casinos by car or Uber. Overall we loved it and would stay again!

Beautiful Waterfront Property

Perfect location, everything you need to enjoy a family vacation. Elevator was such a great addition to assist with loading and unloading or if traveling with someone with a disability. Kitchen is well stocked with high end appliances. Even in the cold weather we enjoyed the outdoor seating area thanks to the fire pit to keep us warm. We were a bit nervous since this was a new listing but the photos and description in the listing are accurate. The rooms are large, plenty of space to gather. The owner was very responsive to our inquiries making it easy for check-in and throughout our stay. Can’t wait to come back.
