Overall for the price it’s a great place to stay. 5 minutes to the Ocean City beach and you can walk to a few bars / restaurants. Nothing fancy, dated, but clean and comfortable.

Hotel is dated and smelled stuffy. The blankets were stained and had cigarette burn marks. The place itself is shady and the property is not kept up. It was a last minute booking and nothing else was available. The sheets and pillow cases were clean. It's across the street from a couple of restaurants and a liquor store. You're five minutes away from Ocean City. It served it's purpose but I can't say I would return.

Not the most personable desk clerk (almost felt like I was intruding) - 15 min into arrival my door was knocked on, and before I could get to it, the door began to open (it was housekeeping) They seemed confused as to why the unit did not need serviced. There is no chain lock on door just the door lock and dead bolt mechanism, therefore housekeeping or whomever could have just walked right in had I been showering or whatever.. so Security is lacking. THAT SAID: The unit was clean, spacious, beds firm but comfortable, pillows flat and over used, towels clean but dingy. Overall, for the low price, it is very acceptable, quiet, safe location, easy access. I may try another place next time, but would not be opposed to staying again.

You get what you pay for...pros: clean.early check in basic hotel room for a good value. Staff very responsive to needs Cons: in need of rehab. Lamp shades were yellow,dirty and had tears.bed spread and a chair had burn marks.. initial room keys did not open door (manger very responsive to correct the issue.) pillows not comfortable..
