One vanity half bathroom is located off the living room. The 1st floor also features an 8' oversize Anderson sliding doors opening onto a large covered deck off the living room which is perfect for outdoor dining. Follow the light oak hardwood floors which are throughout the living room into the state of the art newly renovated gourmet kitchen featuring top of the line stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and maple cabinets. The kitchen is fully stocked with premium range/oven, cookware and dishware as well as a blender, toaster and dual basin stainless sink.
