THE HOME = PERFECT: Enjoy a Barbeque with family and friends in the beautiful back yard patio area! We supply a Weber propane BBQ and the propane is included in the rental! Grilling in the back yard with the sounds and smell of the ocean is an extremely popular activity at The Lucky Beach House. We spare no expense in ensuring the home is always in excellent condition and perfectly clean inside and out. We are constantly updating the property for guest enjoyment (our top priority!) from our fun beach themed decorations to a gigantic 75-Inch 4k “SMART” Roku TV (stream your favorite apps!) in the living room. Bed linens and towels are supplied along with a fully furnished kitchen! The Kitchen is beautifully appointed with granite countertops, an island, and high-end appliances for all your cooking needs. Enjoy incredible views from the unique 3rd floor loft or from one your two private decks (see our pictures that illustrate better than words!). As mentioned the living room has a great 75-Inch 4k Smart TV, in addition each bedroom is also equipped with Roku Smart TVs each connected to the internet for streaming of your favorite movies or shows. Of course, our high speed Wifi connection is available and FREE! The bedrooms are also beautifully appointed with large beds, very comfortable mattress & pillows with plenty of dresser and closet storage. The Lucky Beach House sleeps 14. The Master Bedroom has a King Size bed (sleeps 2), the 2nd bedroom has a Queen Size bed (sleeps 2), the 3rd bedroom has a Bunk Bed with a Full Size mattress and a Twin on top (sleeps 3), the 3rd floor Loft has 2 twin Size Day Bed Sleepers (sleeps 4), the Greet Room has a Double Day Bed with an 1 XL Twin on top and 1 Twin pull out trundle on the bottom (sleeps 2). The Living Room has a Queen Sofa Sleeper (sleeps 2), and we have 2 Twin Size very comfortable Memory Foam folding beds that are also available (sleeps 2). The folding beds can be easily moved and placed on the floor like an air mattress wherever you like. There is more to say about this great property but we want to keep a couple of things a surprise for when you arrive!
