REFUNDABLE HOUSEKEEPING DEPOSIT $250
Guest are REQUIRED to maintain house keeping.This includes removing all trash and emptying all garbage and recyclables into the green bin outside and placing the bin on the curb, EMPTYING and CLEANING SPILLS of fridge/stove/dishwasher, re-shelving all kitchen ware, returning keys to lock-boxes and racks and TURNING THERMOSTAT DOWN TO 55 DEGREES BOTH IN MASTER-BEDROOM AND FAMILY ROOM as energy is tracked hourly,and keeping the FIRM check out time of 12 pm noon. The service crew charge $125/hr overtime.

The deposit will be returned one week when Service Crew has serviced the condo.
Housekeeping does not include general cleaning. This is covered by the cleaning and linen fee.
Maintain house keeping as you go, like you would your own home !!! Enjoy.
Please note, there is a fixed non movable security camera inside the condo that is pointed at the front door,for your security.
You will thoroughly enjoy this property.
But please note this is a quiet respectable exclusive cul de sac neighborhood.
Please no inebriated boisterous noisy conduct.No late night. Loud music. No late night noisy traffic in and out of the condo.
The police are on the lookout for for your protection.
As you will see they conduct frequent patrols.You will feel very safe.

Our stay was amazing I will keep this save in my notes but I think all bathrooms should a least have one extra toilet paper also trash bag and maybe a Mini dish detergent but we really LOVED OUR STAY

Incredible property

This is a great house for a group rental. I rented it for a bachelor party/birthday celebration for a long weekend. The listing says that it sleeps up to 12 people, but I would not recommend more than 8-10. My group was 8 people which was perfect. The owner was very easy to work with, and sent us very detailed instructions for everything that we needed. The private dock is wonderful, and the view of the casinos across the marina is even better. You do share the dock area with neighboring condos - as there are about 12 units on this strip. Units are side-by-side, but you would never even be able to tell that there are neighbors so close. It is a quiet street, great location. You could theoretically walk to the following casinos if you don't mind a 1-mile walk: Golden Nugget, Borgata, Harrahs, Oceans, and more on the boardwalk. The kitchen was stocked with any cooking tools that we needed. Overall everything was wonderful and I would highly recommend this property. The only people who would NOT want to rent this property is a group looking to get rowdy until 3am. Due to the close neighbors, you still need to be respectful. But as long as you don't plan on raging late into the night then you will love this rental.

Amazing getaway, close to everything in AC

This was an amazing getaway, close by attractions and beach. Especially appreciated that the house was right on the water with wonderful views from every room. So quiet and serene. Quiet neighborhood. we rented it for the weekend, we loved our stay me, my husband and the kids! The house was really clean, it had comfy beds, we loved the hot tub, it was as described in the listing and more!! The owner Mike was extremely responsive, he checked in to make sure everything was okay. We hope, we can come back, I would, highly recommend!!

This is a lovely property close to everything. It is about 1-2 miles from the boardwalk and about 0.5 miles to the beach. If you are looking for a place for quiet time that isn’t far to everything you should stay here. Michael was very pleasant to work with and gave us good information on how to access the area.

This house is amazing if you're looking for a larger place to stay with a group of people. Everything from the property to the location is amazing. Mike is a great host and is easy to work with. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in AC.

Bachelorette weekend

Easy to rent on line. Spoke with Mike the owner and he was a dream to work with. Great views from every room in a quiet location. We were there for a bachelorette party weekend and a place to rest after partying, were we could rest peacefully. This condo really filled our needs. Clean and serene. Amazing Getaway

What a great place to relax, unwind and have fun, whether with family and/or friends. Mike is a great host and wonderful to work with, very attentive and accommodating. The house itself is beautiful and right on the water with a breathtaking view. We really loved the location, atmosphere and overall vibe. Best Vocations Ever !!!

Best Vocations Ever !!! This property was one of the most beautiful house my family and I had went. We love the comfy beds, the hot tub, swings, ect. We want to come back !!! Epic Weekend!

Mike was an excellent host of this awesome waterfront townhouse. We had a great weekend and enjoyed the views and everyone that stayed was impressed. Thank you again Mike. Bachelorette weekend

My girlfriends and I (12 of us total) stayed for a relaxing bachelorette weekend and could not be happier with our experience. Mike checked in to make sure we were doing okay and kept in contact any time needed. The house is beautiful and we had more than enough room for all us girls. The location is perfect and the views from the deck/balconies are outstanding. We hope to come back in the future! Thanks Mike!

AMAZINGLY Beautiful Property!

My cousins and I had a girls weekend getaway at this location and we can't wait to go back! The place was so comfortable, was super clean, and felt nice and spacious, but not overwhelming, and the views were incredible...(The view of the sunset from the property made for a great mini photoshoot backdrop!) Mike was an absolute pleasure to work with and was quick to respond when we had questions and even took into consideration the critiques that we had about the property to update and further improve the already great property. We definitely would love to make staying here a tradition as we had such a wonderful weekend.
