First-floor layout: This cabin has one bedroom and one bathroom on the first floor. It also has two queen-size beds in loft bedroom upstairs.

Cozy Home on Lake Huron I is a two-bedroom lakefront cabin with 75 feet of private natural shoreline access on Saginaw Bay on Lake Huron. Guests have a private entrance, deck, firepit, parking area, full kitchen, and comfortable indoor spaces.

The cabin shoreline is natural—not a groomed sandy swimming beach. Water levels, shoreline material, and access conditions vary with seasons and weather. Any beach or beachfront platform label refers to the waterfront setting and private shoreline access. Arenac County Park’s 900-foot sandy swimming beach is less than a mile away.

Enjoy water views, fishing, birdwatching, fires by the shore, and paddling when conditions are appropriate. Wildlife sightings are possible but not guaranteed. No lifeguard is provided; all water use is at the guest’s own risk.

Free on-site parking and self check-in are provided. The cabin is about 12 miles from Standish and 21 miles from East Tawas.

The location is beautifully peaceful, with fascinating wildlife to observe. The kitchen has all the basics, and the wifi is reliable. The property has everything it said it would. Clean beds. Two showers. Plenty of towels and kitchen utensils. Was unable to have a fire due to 50mph winds haha, but they had plenty of wood if I did need it. Very quiet. Loved the pillows on the bed.

We enjoyed seeing all the wildlife, especially the peacock. Due to location there are a lot of bugs, might want to bring bug spray. Great view of the bay.
