Something to note is that when hotels.com say it’s only 4km from the airport, the free bus stops at multiple other hotels closer on the way to and from, this means your shuttle will be 25-30mins each way. A simple and cheap place to stay. Because the rooms back onto the car park, you will have lights and conversation outside. Bathroom was clean and no frills. Shower, sink, toilet, no bin, no towel to dry your hands. But at around $100, have moderate expectations.

Won't ever stay again

Checkin was good and helpful staff. Very kken in getting an extra deposit for the room of $150.00 Room was not as shown. Stainn2d bedding and insects inside of the two beds. Had to sleep in a chair as only foe a few hours. Disgusting mess of a place couldn't eben walk on the carpets as fear of infections.

Had to request a bath towel for the third perdon in triple room. Also had to ask for a reading light bulb that was missing. Then discovered shampoo and soap dispensers were empty and had to ask for those too. Simply bad housekeeping. Apart from that the one night stay was good..

It was average as the bathrooms were not very good. Shower doors doesn’t close properly, exhaust fan wasn’t working. Beds were not really comfortable. Breakfast was good and customer service was great.

We always stay here when we head overseas. It’s cheap, has good wifi, a restaurant downstairs (just ok) is walking distance to some takeaways. Beds and sheets clean and comfortable. Free airport shuttle

Loved the customer service this hotel offers they're very understanding. On our 1st day we did advised reception that the shower hose was broken and leaking water when having a shower you have to hold it so the water pressure wasn't as powerful Our aircorn was broken we had a cleaner and maintenance come and check it out they had no idea how to turn it off or adjust the temperatures Location wise for this hotel is on point close to shops and airport

The bed and bathroom were clean however items left in the refrigerator from previous guest as well as bottle stopper under the chair. The bathroom didn’t have a vanity or shelf to lay items or a hanger. Food was good. Staff were friendly. Ok for a one night stopover.

We enjoyed our stay here, the only problem was room 601 the shower drain wasn’t draining fast enough, and the door of the bathroom was jammed so it couldn’t open right up. Other than that everything was great! The service stood out the most with such friendly beautiful staff. Thank u very much for your service ☺️

This was the worst hotel in New Zealand . We were there for 17 days. Foremost the hotel does not have elevator. No one to help . We are in our 70”s and could not take our luggage up the stairs. One of the guests helped us while the hotel staff watched. It was 830p and we were rushed to get dinner. No room service. Unlike every other hotel in New Zealand they did not have any adapters to charge our devices . Only sorrys donot help. They are airport hotel so they need to have resources. After I did not let up the young guy there gave me a charger I had been asking for The staff is inefficient unprepared untrained and very very unhelpful If I could I will give negative stars
