The Space:
The house features three double bedrooms and two full bathrooms for up to six guests. The spacious master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is on the main living level with the two additional bedrooms and second bathroom located on the lower level. The modern chef's kitchen and spacious living and dining areas open to the decks with outdoor seating, all day sun and stunning northern sea views. Careful attention to detail makes this house truly special.

Bed configuration: Bedroom 1 - king bed, Bedroom - 2 - queen bed, Bedroom 3 - superking bed (can be split to single beds upon request).

Please note: Minimum stays - 7 nights between mid December and mid January, 3 nights rest of January and holiday weekend, 2 nights all other times. A compulsory exit clean of $300 applies to each booking and a compulsory linen fee of $25 per person, per stay. Beach towels can also be hired for $7.50 per person, per stay.

At Stay Waiheke we offer a wide range of services for guests in residence including provisioning, private cheffing, beach towel hire, transport, tours, child minding and housekeeping. The Neighborhood:
Waiheke Island is well known for stunning walkways, white sandy beaches, award winning vineyards, restaurants and olive groves. The artisan shops and Saturday farmers market are well worth a visit with plenty of adventure options on the water and in the air. Blackwood Retreat is located just outside the main village of Oneroa with specialty shops, cafes and several award winning vineyards and restaurants including Mudbrick and Cable Bay within easy reach. Oneroa and Little Oneroa beaches offer swimming, boating and fishing just down the road.

Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. Regular bus services operate around the island. There is easy parking at the property.

Interaction with Guests:
Stay Waiheke is located on Waiheke Island and our office is open 7 days a week 9-5. We leave emergency after hours contact details for guests in residence.
