We had an amazing stay at the Grand Millenium. It was a little treat at the end of a four week camping trip. The room was spotless with comfortable beds and quick room services. We enjoyed a swim in the pool and a drink in two of the bars. All the staff were really helpful and attentive. We could not fault our stay.

Beautiful hotel. Room was lovely, staff were pleasant and helpful. Really enjoyed the Club privileges. Great location for access to Auckland center. Only negative is there isn’t a thermostat in the room. I wasn’t able to change the temperature and couldn’t get it cool enough for my preference. Asked for and received a fan - which helped - but definitely prefer to regulate the room temperature myself.

Bathroom lock to room 735 doesnt work. Locked in bathroom. Bath tub faucet leaked and water constantly overflowed onto floor while trying to take a bath. No TV streaming services offered. No way to reach front desk, phones in room didn’t work. Parking should be comped for hotel guests.
