Summary:
Serenity is a warm, north facing home tucked into a sheltered corner of Palm Beach. Designed for relaxed island living, it offers sun filled interiors, easy indoor outdoor flow, and a quiet private pathway that leads directly down to the sand. It is a comfortable, well balanced base for families or groups wanting space, privacy, and simple access to the beach.
The Space:
Serenity has a calm, welcoming beach house feel, with generous shared living areas, soft natural light, and a layout that encourages time together. The open plan kitchen, dining, and lounge sit at the heart of the home and open through wide bi fold doors to the deck, making it easy to move between indoors and outdoors throughout the day.
The kitchen is well equipped for group stays and entertaining, with ample bench space and a large dining table that comfortably seats ten. This area works naturally for shared meals, long breakfasts, and relaxed evenings. Outside, the covered deck extends the living space further, with outdoor dining and lounge areas that can be enjoyed in most weather conditions.
Both indoor and outdoor fireplaces allow the home to be used comfortably year round, whether for summer evenings outside or cooler months spent gathered indoors. The surrounding gardens and established planting create a sense of privacy and quiet, while keeping the home closely connected to the beach.
A private pathway winds through a Nikau glade and leads directly to Palm Beach. This sheltered section of the bay is known for calm swimming and is particularly well suited to families, with the beach easily reached on foot without needing to cross busy roads.
