Parking was terrible. Reception area was tiny. No place to park to check in. Elevators were very slow. I reserved four rooms and two of them didn’t have dryers to go with the washers. Dirty rags were left in the washer in one room and garbage from previous guests hadn’t been cleaned out of the bathroom.

Great stay, great views.

Hotel is centrally located to downtown Auckland. Our apartment was on the 18th floor, the view was spectacular. Very confortable with all amenities. Front desk staff very helpful.

Nesuto St Martins Apartment Hotel offers a convenient stay in Auckland, with easy access to the city's top attractions. The rooms are clean but show their age—worn furnishings like a tired couch detract from the overall experience. The biggest drawback is the parking, which is more challenging than a game of Tetris, with extremely limited availability. Despite this, the location makes up for it, providing a solid base for exploring the city. A decent stay, but some upgrades and better parking options would make it truly shine.

Only clean thing in the room appeared to be the sheets, we hope. Dirty couch, dirty carpet, dirty dishes. Told no parking after booking for parking was confirmed three weeks ago.

Room was a good size for a grown family of 4, clean and spacious. It does have quite a few stairs if mobility was an issue for you. We weren't told that we had to pre-book a car space so had to pay for parking nearby. You will need a car or be prepared for a walk to get to Auckland attractions.
