Vista Mar is designed for easy, everyday holiday living, with elevated outlooks across treetops to the water and a settled, residential feel throughout. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is light-filled and practical, creating a comfortable space for families to spend time together without feeling crowded.
The kitchen is well equipped for relaxed meals at home, and the living area opens to a sunny balcony where mornings often begin with coffee and views across the bay. Downstairs, a sheltered patio opens to native gardens and works well for afternoon platters, quiet play, or winding down at the end of the day.
Two bedrooms are located on the main level. One features a queen bed, while the second includes a bunk bed suited to children. The home is well set up for small families, with good natural light, a calm layout, and spaces that flow easily between indoors and out.
