Had a death in the family 2 days into a 5 day trip, so I had to leave early. Initially, the hotel said they were going to refund me for 2 days. Then, suddenly, they decided to change their mind and REFUSE to refund me for days that I would not even physically be there. They had no compassion or consideration for the fact that someone in my family passed, and I needed to go home.

Everything was dirty, let alone I asked for new sheets after checking in and the front desk attendant told me if I want clean sheets to take them sheets to the laundromat.

My mom booked it not knowing the area. I felt unsafe. The room smelled moldy. I refused to use the shower. When I pulled the covers back there was a scab from someone on the sheet. Not recommended.

The new owner is trying to keep up with the demands of an older property. The price I think is quite high for what you get the area isn’t the best they were homeless right in the parking lot. The lobby smelled like cigarette smoke awful the room was decent. The bathtub had cigarette burns on it. The bed was comfortable a bit hard but OK. The front door had a huge gap. It need weatherstrip and you don’t get breakfast for a $100 US.

customer service was great, but the property wasn't so great... the room smelled musty, the AC was loud, and shower ceiling when you step in the tub was kinda low... but the beds were comfortable at least and the location was great.
