The hotel is beautiful but the bed was very hard and there was a machine in the room that was very loud during the night! We thought it was the fan for the AC/ Heat until we got up in the morning and realized it was something else. Maybe a dehumidifier or air cleaner of some kind. Also even with a map with room numbers, it was confusing to get around the building. We didn’t have time to check out the spa but it looked very nice!

It was very clean. I'm not a big fan of the time. It takes to get back the $100 hold. Um, it's been 3 days and I still don't have it back. So other than that, it does seem a little dated, but the facility is clean

The hotel is nice with both indoor and outdoor pools. They also have a spa but i haven't tried. The location is convenient, close to most atteactions

Hotel is peaceful, room very quiet and very clean. Staff is excellent and love working there. The Staff is happy, helpful and friendly. Spa area beautiful and clean! Restaurant excellent! The room was large with a sitting/TV room addition. Queen beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Minus was the cycling of A/C unit, which was loud enough to disturb sleep. Plus was good on-site dining, which allowed for early departure. Would recommend requesting a quieter room, more distant from the air-handler.

The hotel was fine and we liked the upgrade they gave us. What we didn't like was driving in the area. It was all one way streets. We had a very hard time finding a good place to have dinner and ended up with fast food.

On paper the hotel offers almost everything that you could ask for in a luxury hotel without room service. They are obviously trying very hard to be high end. But in person it felt very dated like in a 1980s Sears catalog. Despite the decors, awkward layout of the rooms and peeling laminate it was as clean as it could be.

Nice stay at a nice property. First room had water leaking from the ceiling, and was promptly switched to another room down the hall. Second room after a day also had a bit of water coming from the ceiling vent in the bathroom. Tried to book a service on our last day, but they did not have any availability. Pools were nice, they did need to be vacuumed, but that didn’t stop us from enjoying the time we had booked.
