Great hotel for basing yourself in Austin and easy to get around. Very good facilities. The only negative would be the noise from I35 which is a busy road. The other side of the hotel faces onto the Rainey street which plays loud music, so I preferred the road noise to the clubs. Anything to improve the sound proofing then 5 out 5.

Check in was smooth, Bar staff: Humba, Lara (not sure how to spell each name) friendly & prompt service. Housekeeping: requested turn down service did not happen, and my elderly mother-in-law requested extra towels due to a personal reason. It took the night manager made it happen.
