Great first-floor condo, perfectly situated in Austin with convenient access to Mopac. This unit boasts a washer and dryer and backs up to a green belt with great trails to walk. This spot is a perfect fit for a long-term rental.

The whole place is yours. Ask and we can give you an access card to the on-site pool area.

We reply to texts very quickly. You'll get a door code and be able to let yourself in and come and go on your own.

We do a good basic cleaning before each guest and occasional deep cleaning (under furniture, in cabinets, under rugs, on fans etc, etc). If you would like to make sure the property has been deep cleaned before your trip please let us know at least a week ahead of time so we can arrange it. We would ask for an additional $49 cleaning fee for the white glove cleaning service. Regardless, we ask that you communicate with us immediately if there is anything unsatisfactory about the property when you arrive so we can have the cleaner come over as quickly as possible.

For pets we ask that you let us know about each of your pets and tell us stuff like whether they shed, if they chew, if they are not fully potty trained, and if you will be leaving them in a crate when you leave. For shorter stays we ask for a $200 deposit per pet and we normally double that for longer stays (more than a week). Half of the deposit is refundable if the cleaners don't feel like they need to do a deeper clean to deal with hair, urine, smells, etc and there isn't any pet damage.
