The apartment that was modern, clean and well decorated! Loved the area, with much within walking distance. Would have like to have had more up front communication before getting there but once we were there Lee was more than accommodating, meeting us to get us checked in and showing us around. Overall they were very accommodating and the place was lovely!
The check-in process for this property was absolutely ridiculous. After fully booking on Expedia, the owner/property manager sent me countless texts - to which I answered - asking for a photo of my driver's license, asking me several times if I was alone (which I repeatedly told him that I was), telling me to print out parking pass for a garage, but giving me absolutely no information on the unit itself. I told him I would be driving into town for the two days prior. An hour before check in time is when he asked me to print a parking pass. I don't know about other people, but I don't keep a printer in my car. Several days prior would have been better timing for this. Once I got to the garage, I waited for an hour, all during which time he said he was sending his co-worker to meet me "in a few minutes" and take me to the place. He never showed. I sent several messages and all he did was get upset because I wasn't there RIGHT AT 3:00pm. Apparently check in time is at 3:00 like most other hotels HOWEVER, there's no window to check in a hour or two late like ALL OTHER HOTELS. The entire process was crazy. There were dozens of texts back and forth, and then he never even showed up. I ended up having to find another hotel after I had already arrived and sat waiting for him for an hour. HORRIBLE customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you book, beware and be ready for a barrage of questions and stipulations, and possibly a no-show.
