This brand-new build was designed as a short term rental with your vacation in mind!

Sweeping views are the first thing you'll notice as you enter the main living space. The large, modern, open-concept living-room, dining, and kitchen are perfect for gathering. The huge kitchen island is a cook's dream, with plenty of room to prepare meals and spend time with friends and family. You’ll also enjoy indoor/outdoor living with large decks, outdoor seating, a hot tub, and a backyard that will keep your group entertained with a fire pit, corn hole toss, bocce ball, and jumbo chess. You’ll likely see some friendly, local deer around the yard too!

If you’re bringing your boat, there is more than enough space to park it in the massive, two-story garage, and there is a private boat launch right around the corner at Emerald Boat Ramp. We’ll provide an electronic card with a lanyard for our guests.

Two beautifully appointed primary bedrooms with private baths and unique electric fireplaces, plus two queen bedrooms, are a perfect setup for multi-family or couples groups. And the bunk room, which has custom built-in double-queen beds are as cozy as any of the others, just more fun! Each room has mounted TVs, and for those who prefer quiet, all internal walls are insulated for sound dampening.

Outdoor spaces are not available for use from 10 PM to 7 AM

HOUSE LIMITATIONS: While we love to celebrate special occasions, the property does not operate as a venue. Reservations are for accommodations only. No guests under 25 (without parent or legal guardian). No Bachelor parties. No smoking anywhere on the premises.

Loved the floor plan! Every bedroom and bathroom was very comfortable and nice. Spent a lot of time on the covered back porch. We absolutely loved all the games on the bottom floor! We all played a lot of pickleball! We saw so many deer in the area during our stay!

Great space for a big group with lots of activities for everyone! Pickleball, bocce ball, ping pong, and fire pit just to name a few. The living space is on the 3rd floor so there are lots of stairs, but there is an elevator. The only odd thing about the house is that there is only one way in and out. There is no back door, only a front door.

If you don’t mind stairs and heights this property has wonderful views! There is an elevator for those who don’t like stairs. Lots of family fun for all ages with a giant chess board, corn hole, shuffle board, basketball, pickleball and poker. Wish we had more time to enjoy the property. It’s in a peaceful neighborhood with plenty of deer.

activities galore with teens / family getaway

The place is lovely. It is out of Austin a ways. The open pickleball area and pingpong table was great use for all of us . The upstairs was beautiful. We had some weird issues since a storm passed through and knocked out the TV - some lights - internet in the house and septic, but the host was working on it. Great stay in all .

The house was beautiful, spacious, and stocked with everything you could need! The location was quiet but didn't feel restrictive. We enjoyed the games, hot tub, and entire house while we were there. We had 11 people but could have easily fit a few more with how big the house is.

Great place to get away with the family

The property had a beautiful view along the bank of lake Travis. The included yard games provided hours of fun for the whole family. The house was exactly as it appeared online, very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The only note I would make is that the undeveloped properties surrounding the house had some hazardous trash (rusty metal, some broken glass, etc). Nothing the property owners can control, just worth noting if you’re bringing young kids and they like to explore the area. Very happy with our stay!

Wonderful Stay at Isn't She Lovely!

My group of ten recently stayed at Isn't She Lovely and had an amazing time! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful and well-maintained property. The house itself is spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms were cozy, and the beds provided a great night's sleep. The kitchen was fully stocked with modern appliances, making it easy for us to prepare meals and dine together. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking view from the patio. We spent hours enjoying the panoramic vistas of the surrounding area and the stunning sunsets. The outdoor seating area was perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a day of exploring. The location of the property was also ideal. It was conveniently situated near popular attractions and amenities, allowing us to easily venture out and explore the area. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, providing a serene atmosphere for our vacation. Throughout our stay, the staff at Walker Luxury Vacation Rentals were attentive and responsive to our needs. Several bugs and the sheets weren't clean

The property was actually nice. However, there appears to be an insect problem and the sheets and towels weren't all clean. My mother actually had a scorpion in her bed. Several ants were throughout the property and there is a bud problem. it was not an ideal situation. The owner should invest in some extermination!!!!

Spectacular!

Our age group varied widely but everyone had an amazing time and something to do. The property is unique and beautiful. The deer in the mornings were a joy to see while drinking coffee overlooking the beautiful lake. Communication with the manager was great! I loved the isolation and quietness from everything. The outdoor games kept our kiddos entertained the whole time we were there. The spaciousness of the rooms fit 4 families with 2 kiddos each. The elevator did not work while we were there but we were not concerned about it. The inside is designed and decorated beautifully! We will definitely be back!
