⭐Primary Bedroom: This spacious bedroom offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Centered around a luxurious king-sized bed, it features two bedside lamps for soft, ambient lighting, along with a ceiling fan and overhead lights to keep the space airy and bright. The highlight is its direct access to the backyard, allowing you to step out and enjoy the fresh air or stargaze at night.



The primary bathroom features all you would expect like a double vanity, walk-in shower and separate tub. But it has been transformed by modern features so you can enjoy a steam shower or cold plunge in the tub (34 degrees).





⭐ Bedroom 2: This cozy bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, perfect for a restful night’s sleep. A small window lets in natural light, creating a peaceful and intimate atmosphere.



⭐Office: Working from home? Perfect we have the office setup which includes a desk area as well as a sofa for those short naps or deep thinking sessions.



⭐ Guest Bathroom: The guest bathroom features a clay aesthetic, auto lighting and features a walk-in shower.



⭐ Living Space:

Choose between the two living room spaces. The lounge area boasts a lounging L-sectional sofa, complemented by a wooden bench for extra seating. Shelves of books, a high-end AV system and TV give you the option for many levels of chill.



Living Room 2 is designed for socialization and opens up perfectly to the kitchen area.



⭐ Dining Area: Our dining area features a beautiful long wooden table paired with six matching wooden chairs, creating a warm and inviting space for meals and gatherings.



⭐Outdoor Space: Our outdoor spaces are thoughtfully designed for relaxation and connection. RULES:



For cancellations, please note that the 3.5% credit card processing fee on any amount paid is non-refundable.



We also charge $150 for an unapproved late checkout.



Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.



We only host groups where the primary renter is above the age of 25+ years old. Will need ID verification.



No events, parties, or additional guests than the number on your reservation without permission. An additional event fee will be charged.



We only accept dogs that are under 35 pounds and we'll just ask for a picture. We don't allow Cats on this property.



Pet Fee is $85 (max of 2). This is a one-time, non-refundable fee as we shampoo the carpets after each pet stay. No pets on furniture, please!

Also, please clean up your pet's feces or we will charge an additional $40 fee if uncleaned feces are found.



Quiet hours in Austin start at 10 PM which means no guests are allowed outside or in the backyard after 10 PM. Outdoor music and amplified speakers must remain at a respectful neighborhood volume at all times. We know it's gorgeous out there but our #1 priority is keeping the neighbors happy and this being a successful vacation rental for the long-term and the only way that works is if this rule is followed.
