4 bd /3 bth newly renovated inside and putting green beautifully decorated home within 5mi of all Austin has to offer. The house offers 2 PlayStations, 4 TVs with Roku, Netflix, full working kitchen, washer & dryer, 2 living rooms, enclosed back yard with patio and bbq and putting green, king size bed in the master bedroom, bunk bed and trundle in 4th bedroom (which makes for a great kids room), 1 bedroom w/ queen bed, 1 bedroom w/ 2 twin beds, and 1 air mattress just incase. Lots of games, This is the perfect place for friends, families with kids, or business travelers looking for the perfect home away from home. The home only allows 12 ppl max. No parties allowed. Also, we have a boat that fits 10-11 people including the captain, that we take people out on (3 hours minimum). You can wakeboard, wake surf, tube, go to party cove, or just swim and go for rides. If you would like more details please feel free to ask.

didnt have mgrs number on original paperwork. patio furniture was older with holes in pieces. Could have had enough for at least 4 occupants. Rug in main bedroom got in the way to close door. Location was great! Made it easy to get to shops, restaraunts, and easy to get on expressways. Bathroom was quite small.

This was a last minute booking because our other property had to cancel. The house was comfortable and clean. The host was very accommodating, getting a pot and ladle for me to serve chili. My only complaint is that one of the bathrooms did not have hot water.

The beddings & pillows were, terrible, It said it had a queen bed, which was about isze of a full.And it was uncomfortable for larger people. The faucets in the showers, are so low, ,and could not move the shower head, to adjust it to your height. As for tall people it was difficult to shower, properly. Was differently not, what we thought we were getting.

Great Location and Quite Neighborhood

The house was clean and has been recently updated and painted. The beds were comfortable and we found the neighborhood to be quite, yet convenient to a lot of attractions and good restaurants and music venues nearby. Also easy to get to from the airport and to downtown Austin.

Quiet yet near everything

Very spacious for the family. Had no issues with any items. Very close to several parks which we loved for the babies. So many food trucks. We got to try many new foods.

We were in town for a conference. This is a quiet neighborhood, and it was perfect for what we needed. Our hosts were very easy to communicate with, and responded much more quickly than I ever would have expected. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Quiet house in South Austin

The host was great, very responsive to questions. The house was nice, plenty of space and kid friendly. The neighborhood is quiet, not a lot of traffic, and convenient to everything we wanted to do in Austin. Overall, great rental and would stay there again given the opportunity.

Room to move around

This is a home that has had great updates and remodeling. Open space to move around so you don't feel crowded. The 3 full bathrooms are definitely a plus. If you know your way around South ans Central Austin, this is a great location.

Very comfortable

We had a family girls weekend recently. The house is very comfortable and very similar to what the pictures show. Overall the beds were super comfortable and the house could very comfortably sleep 10 or more. The kitchen was well supplied and there were extras in the pantry if you forgot stuff. I would definitely recommend and would stay again if we were back in town.

Great place for a large group

We found the place to be plenty accommodating for 8 adults. The main living space was large enough with enough seating for us to all be together without being on top of each. Neighborhood seemed fine. We didn’t hear any kind of nonsense in the neighborhood, there was No loud music, no screaming fools around us, which was nice to not have to deal with. Would stay there again in the future
