Additional Details & Guest Services

• Please note the swimming spa is currently out of order, so it won’t be available during your stay. We’re really sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we get it fixed.

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!



Additional Services:

• Enhance your stay with an optional swim spa heating for $60/night (2-night minimum). We need 48 hours notice, as it is large and takes 12+ hours to heat.

• Families traveling with little ones will appreciate a Pack 'N Play crib ($40) and highchair ($40), available upon request.

• BBQ propane is complimentary for outdoor grilling.



Pet Friendly:

• Pets less than 60lbs. are very welcome at our home (maximum of 2 pets )

• A pet fee of $50/pet per stay will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately.

• If you have more than one pet, please note that an extra fee of $50 per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation.



Heads-up: The playground is shared between both units. Please enjoy the space respectfully and let us know if you need anything.



House Rules

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves and your pets.

4. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
