This private first-floor suite in a house sleeps up to 4 and puts you close to museums, shopping, and the best of central Austin.
The Space:
Suite 102 blends contemporary comfort with playful, Kusama-inspired touches. Designed for ease and flexibility, the suite features two sleeping areas separated by partial privacy wallsâone with a king bed and the other with a queenâmaking it a smart choice for couples, friends, or small families.
Unwind in the ensuite bathroomâs deep, jetted Japanese-style soaking tub after a day exploring the city. When itâs time to relax or catch up on your shows, youâll have two smart TVs. Need to work while you travel? The suite includes two writing desks and WiFi for a comfortable, laptop-friendly setup.
Step out onto your private front porchâthe only one like it in the houseâfor morning coffee or evening people-watching. For meals, youâll have access to the homeâs shared kitchen and dining area, plus an upstairs sitting lounge shared with other guests.

Layout (Sleeping Arrangements & Bathrooms)
âą Sleeping Area 1 (first floor): King bed; partial privacy walls; sleeps 2.
âą Suite 102 is part of a larger house. The kitchen and dining area, as well as the upstairs sitting area, are shared communal spaces with other guests.
âą Parking: The lot behind the home has 6 shared, unassigned spaces, including 1 accessible space. All off-street and metered street parking is first-come, first-served; availability is not guaranteed. No reserved spots.
âą Security cameras: Exterior cameras are located at the front and back doors. Interior cameras monitor the hallways/common areas only (two downstairs over the entry door; two upstairsâone over the back door and one above the entry to the lounge). There are no cameras in the kitchen, lounge, or inside any suite.
âą Pets: This home is not pet friendly.
âą Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
âą We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

Getting Around:
Location logistics: Within about a 5-minute drive you can visit the Bullock Texas State History Museum, the Texas Toy Museum & Arcade, and Mayfield Park & Nature Preserve.
The location was great, and the bed was very comfortable. A couple things that were lacking: the WiFi was very weak, and there was no drinking water available.
