The Space:

Soft morning light filters through the windows as Austin eases into the day, and the open‑concept living space feels calm and grounded, a perfect place to reset after exploring the city’s energy. Evenings invite you to stretch out on the sofa, watch the sunset from the patio, and enjoy a quiet night in before tomorrow’s plans. The East Riverside location balances privacy with connection, giving you space to unwind while staying close to everything that makes Austin feel alive.



Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms accommodate up to eleven guests. Three bedrooms each feature a queen‑size bed with fresh linens, hangers, and storage. The fourth bedroom offers a twin bed and a dedicated workspace with desk and chair, ideal for remote work or quieter downtime. A comfortable sofa in the living room converts to a queen‑size sofa sleeper, and an extra queen air mattress can be added if needed. Room‑darkening shades help set a restful tone.



Bathrooms & laundry

Four full bathrooms provide hot water and bathroom essentials, keeping mornings and evenings smooth for a full group. An in‑unit washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen includes generous counter space and all the essentials for everyday meals or extended cooking sessions. A casual breakfast nook with four stools sits alongside the kitchen, making it easy to enjoy casual meals while conversation flows.



Living area & workspace

The open‑concept layout blends the living area and kitchen, creating a natural gathering spot for coffee chats or TV evenings. A dedicated workspace with high‑speed Wi‑Fi supports remote work, and a smart lock provides self check‑in via a private entrance.



Outdoor & shared amenities

Step out onto the patio for fresh air, then explore the shared backyard area. The shared heated pool and hot tub are open year‑round with set hours (10:00 AM – 10:30 PM) and include pool toys and a water slide. An outdoor playground offers space for kids, and a nearby shared gym complements the in‑unit exercise equipment. Parking is free on‑site and on the street.

Nestled in a residential East Riverside neighborhood, the home offers easy access to downtown Austin, the Texas Capitol, Zilker Park, South Congress, live‑music venues, restaurants, and cultural attractions. Free parking simplifies getting around, whether you head out for the day or return late.

The host is not responsible for third‑party amenities such as the pool and gym and cannot offer refunds if they close due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.

This home is tucked nicely away but close. This would be an ideal location if you are coming for a major event or concert, like ACL, F1, or SXSW.



We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. It's in our house rules down below.



This is on the second floor and does require a small number of stairs.



This complex itself has recently been renovated. However, we do our best to keep everything clean and fresh.



Please be aware the unit is in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants, or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.



We make sure to provide the basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.



Just like at a hotel, we kindly ask you to complete our quick verification process in order to receive your check-in details. This will ask you to provide your ID and lodge a safety deposit. Once this is done, we’ll send you your check-in details.



There's a security camera pointing at the door entrance, as well as a noise detector inside the property.
