The Rustic Dripping Springs Retreat is a spacious resort-style getaway in in Dripping Springs, Texas. At this 5-acre hilltop oasis, you’ll enjoy a sparkling pool, hot tub, casita, detached office / gym, and beautiful views of the surrounding hill country!

The outdoor amenities of this property include a spacious back patio, swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ grill, fire pit, and plenty of open yard to enjoy!

A detached building offers peaceful office space as well as a home gym and gaming tables.

The casita offers an additional living room (with Queen Sofa Bed), kitchen, guest bedroom, as well as an indoor/outdoor bar space with awning.

MAIN HOUSE

The main home is made for entertaining. Home chefs will enjoy cooking in the spacious modern kitchen (with plenty of counter space) while guests gather around the bar top and in the spacious living room. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking basics such as coffee essentials, pots and pans, etc. 4 barstools are placed at the kitchen island and a formal dining room off of the kitchen offers additional seating for 6. The spacious back patio offers an additional dining table with seating for 8.

Upstairs, a second living area offers two comfortable Sofa Beds to curl up on as you enjoy your favorite movie or TV show on the flat screen TV.


BEDROOMS

Each bedroom of this luxurious home has a King size bed. The Primary (with ensuite bathroom) and Bedroom 2 are located on the main floor. A second living room (with 2 Queen Sofa Beds), Bedroom 3, and Bedroom 4 (with a King and Twin over Twin Bunk Bed) are located on the Second Floor upstairs. Bedroom Five is located outside in the casita.

THINGS TO NOTE

1) While this home accommodates up to 18 guests, only the number of guests listed on your reservation will be permitted at the property. When booking on Airbnb, the system initially allows you to book for up to 16 guests. After booking, you MUST click “edit reservation”, increase the group size to the correct number of guests, and pay the additional guest fee of $65 per person per night for your additional guests (up to 18 total guests) to confirm your booking.

2) While we love when our guests celebrate special occasions, this specific property does not operate as a venue and we do not permit events - including corporate off-sites. This property is the perfect home base for families, family reunions, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. Disruptive party groups are not permitted.

3) Outdoor amenities can be utilized from 8AM to 10 PM (in accordance with the city's noise ordinance).

4) No loud music is permitted throughout your stay.

5) *The pool can be heated to 85 degrees at an additional charge of $250/day (plus tax).

6) The outdoor fire pit can be used per Hays county guidelines. Please note, We do not provide firewood.
