Inside, climb the stationary wooden ladder to the sleeping loft, where you’ll find a plush King pillow-top mattress for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom features an antique pedestal soaking tub and shower, offering a perfect space to unwind in peace and comfort. The cozy living area includes a plush loveseat that doubles as a sleeper to comfortably accommodate an additional guest. The well-stocked kitchenette includes a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, making it easy to enjoy simple meals and your favorite beverages during your stay.

Step outside to your private porch, complete with seating and a table, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while surrounded by the lush greenery and tranquil atmosphere of the property. • Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

Please note: Park Lane Cottages prior homeowner has retired and the property is no longer a Bed and Breakfast location. Austin offers wonderful dining out options and our team is happy to assist with recommendations.
