Fun & Funky 1950’s remodeled bungalow turned duplex gives that true welcome 2 Austin, feeling with all the creature comforts you could want and then some!! **NOTE this house is rented primarily to bachelor parties & is NOT a luxury listing.

(8 stationary beds + 2 portable cots)+ Comfy Couch (11th)

LIVE like a local and enjoy the cozy ambiance of our eclectic traveler's environment. Fast Fiber internet, device charging dock, Keurig station, are just a few of the extras we provide throughout the property.

We strive to create a truly unique experience with some customizations tailored to each of our guest's individual needs. (So the more info you can communicate to us about your group and occasion the more we can tailor to you for your stay)

Here is the room-by-room rundown...

MASTER SUITE - Plush King Size Bed, and NEW Twin Bunk Beds (twin over full), Private Remodeled Rain Shower Bathroom with window, Plenty of closet space, and Armour, ceiling fan, bathroom heater fan.

BEDROOM 2 - Single twin Bed & Double Size futon that sleeps a couple, (2 Bigger Guys might not be ideal for futon)

BEDROOM 3- Single twin Bed & Double Size futon that sleeps a couple, (2 Bigger Guys might not be ideal for futon). Closet with plenty of hanging space, extra pillows, blankets provided. Cots, and extra Air mattresses located in the closet.

OTHER BEDS (2 Cots) - A large and a medium-size Coleman Cots. Single Cot fits nicely as in the master suite and in the 3rd Bedroom.

LIVING ROOM with 50in TV, equipped with Amazon, ROKU, chrome cast, BlueRay player, and DVD selection.

LIVING RM COUCH- Extra Long super Comfortable Couch 🛋 for yet another bed, can sit 5ppl up to 6.

LIVING RM LEATHER SEAT/COUCH- a comfy leather couch with Ottoman, not suited for sleeping

LIVING ROOM EXTRA BEDS - Fold Out Cots for groups needing to sleep 12 guys or up to 14 girls.

BACKYARD - Huge yard with big stone patio, Webber grill, small fire pit, ambient night party lights, plenty of room to play cornhole, kamjam, spike-ball, darts, and more!.

KITCHEN - Large entertainment Kitchen, granite counters, complete with Large stocked fridge, freezer with filtered water, and Ice maker. A Huge breakfast bar island with phone and tablet charging station, plenty of utensils, cups, dishes, coffee bar, mugs, updated appliances, gas stove, Oven, microwave, wine/beer fridge, party wet bar with local liquor, general mixers, cocktail glasses, wine openers, aerators, and more.

BATHROOM 2 - Tub/shower combo, with pull down sprayer, 1950s vintage style, with original heater (Decor Only), a regular circulation fan is present, has extra toiletries, toilet paper, tons of extra towels.

UTILITY LAUNDRY RM - Connects through 2nd bathroom, equipped with full size top load washer, and front load gas dryer, all the supplies you could need are available.

PARKING - 4+ , 2 in Driveway, 2+ street Parking, more parking may be available depending check with us if more than 4 vehicles, and we’ll help you find space.

PETS - We do accept guests With their furry friends, however due to past incidences we charge a flat pet fee $50 per pet if we are alerted in advance, and will be requested on or before check-in. A Fee of $100 per pet per day if we find out after check-in, so please just let us know as soon as you can.

Lastly, We live next door and like to have fun too! So we hope you enjoy yourselves, relax or indulge however you like. We're readily available should any issues arise.

Must be at least 25yrs or older to book. We have a secure entry system with a unique door code that we provide as booked. Outdoor only security cameras to ensure the safety of the guests, and to keep a head count, should there be more guests than were in the original booking we request you let us know in advance.

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:
1) Remove perishable items
2) Take out all the trash
3) Put used dishes in dishwasher
4) Strip linens from used beds, and pile in the hallway
5) Place used towels in washer
6) Turn off lights
7) Close and lock all doors
*** Fees can be imposed if the home is found in unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
