The Space:

Evenings invite you to relax indoors with highâspeed WiâFi and a dedicated workspace, while the quiet of East Riverside offers a calm retreat from the cityâs rhythm.
Sleeping arrangements
The apartment comfortably hosts up to 11 guests. Three bedrooms each contain a queen bed, providing ample space for couples or solo travelers. A fourth bedroom features a twin bed and doubles as a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair behind a private door. The living area adds a queenâsize sofa sleeper, and a queen air mattress is available for extra guests. Linens, extra pillows and blankets are provided.
Kitchen & dining
An openâconcept kitchen flows into a bright breakfast nook, giving you room to prepare meals and enjoy casual dining. Essentials for cooking are at hand, and the layout lets you stay connected to the living space while you sip coffee or plan the day ahead.
Bathrooms
Four full bathrooms each include a bathtub or shower, hot water and bathroom essentials, ensuring privacy and convenience for larger groups.
Work, connectivity & comfort
Highâspeed WiâFi and an Ethernet connection support remote work or streaming. A separate workspace lets you focus when needed. Central air conditioning and heating keep the interior comfortable through Austinâs mild winter season.
Outdoor & shared amenities
Step onto your private patio or balcony, then explore the shared outdoor pool and hot tub, both available yearâround during posted hours. A shared gym nearby offers additional fitness options, and a playground area provides space for families. The pool, hot tub and gym are managed by the building; the host cannot guarantee availability in case of maintenance.
Access, parking & stay details
A private entrance and smartâlock self checkâin make arrival effortless. Free onâsite parking and additional street parking are provided. The home is singleâlevel with no stairs, and it welcomes pets, making it suitable for short or longâterm stays. Exterior security cameras face outward, and a noise monitor helps maintain quiet hours.
Neighborhood
East Riverside is a peaceful residential area with nearby green spaces, yet only minutes from downtown Austin, the University of Texas and the airport. Live music, dining and cultural attractions are within easy reach, while the quiet neighborhood offers a restful base to recharge after each adventure.

The Neighborhood:
The Riverside area is near downtown, the University of Texas, local community college, and many of the best green areas in Austin (Zilker & Barton Creek Greenbelt). Strolling on Riverside you'll find it to be very residential, quiet, and peaceful.
Staying in this place will show you that you are super close to everything without being in the hectic Downtown Austin area. You are a short Uber/Lyft away from a time of your life without having the extra noise to keep you awake at night.
Getting Around:
The neighborhood is private off the main road and has plenty of parking. It is on a first come first serve basis. You are very close to the main highway to get around and close to local shops/restaurants for a quick or nice bite to eat.

Heath, the safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

This home is tucked nicely away but close. This would be an ideal location if you are coming for a major event or concert, like ACL, F1, or SXSW.
We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. It's in our house rules down below.
This is on the second floor and does require a small number of stairs.
This complex itself has recently been renovated. However, we do our best to keep everything clean and fresh.
Please be aware the unit is in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants, or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.
We make sure to provide the basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.
Just like at a hotel, we kindly ask you to complete our quick verification process in order to receive your check-in details. This will ask you to provide your ID and lodge a safety deposit. Once this is done, weâll send you your check-in details.
There's a security camera pointing at the door entrance, as well as a noise detector inside the property.
