To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests, we require a short rental agreement after booking. A $300 security hold is placed and automatically released 7 days after checkout if no damages are reported.

No smoking, weed, or vaping of any form is allowed at our home. Even if smoking occurs outside, guests will be charged and reported to platform if any smoke smell is found inside the property after checkout.
