The space

The minute you walk into the space, you will be hit with a sense of calm and that “at-home feeling.” The Garden House is decorated with peace & luxury at its core. Everything from the carefully selected stylish decor to the high-end amenities gives this home its quality appeal..

This beautifully furnished home has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private office space, and a large living room with high ceilings that flow seamlessly into the spacious kitchen and cozy dining area. The dining area is the best seat in the house, with its large bay windows and fabulous garden views. The garden is the true gem of the home! It is the space where magic and human connection synchronize. It has lush trees, rustic stone walkways that line the garden’s flowerbeds, a campsite-sized fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, a hammock, a covered lounge area with a Mediterranean vibe, a deck with a sunken Cowboy Pool, and a cedar deck soaking tub. The Garden House also has a spacious gym equipped with weights and a workout bench, a variety of exercise tools, a Peloton, an infrared sauna, and a smart TV that allows you to stream hundreds of workout videos from various apps. This property gives guests a private mini-resort experience that feels more like a retreat than your average accommodations.

Other things to note

This is a smart home, so cameras are on the house's exterior. The exterior cameras are visible to guests.

No PARTIES -- The guest must get prior approval from the host to have a party on the premises. There are additional fees and guidelines for parties that must be adhered to before permission is granted. The host reserves the right to contact the guest before check-in if there are indicators that the guest is planning a party on the premises. The guest will be given 72 hours to respond to the host's request for a phone call to discuss the reservation. If the guest fails to communicate within that time frame, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation with a 100% refund due back to the guest. If a guest does throw a party on the premises during their stay without approval, all guests will be asked to vacate immediately without a refund.

No smoking or vaping inside the home -- If this is discovered, all guests will be asked to vacate immediately without a refund.

Vaping and smoking are allowed in the garden area around the fire pit.

No illegal party drugs -- Guests will be asked to vacate immediately if an incident is reported without a refund.

Keeping the Peace -- Please keep noise to a minimum from 11 pm-8 am outside. If using the string of lights hanging out near the fire pit area, please cut them off by midnight. The yard backs up to a neighbor's bedroom, a strict policy.

The neighborhood: The Garden House is nestled in a quiet area and was created for those seeking a calm and relaxing getaway. In honor of our vision and to guarantee our guests have the best experience, up to eight people only will be allowed to stay overnight at the house. Day guests are welcome but please no more than eight additional people. If this request is not adhered to, there will be an additional charge of $250 per extra guest. If our guest policies are not adhered to, there will be an additional charge of $250. Our priority is the safety, comfort, and privacy of our guests. We also want to ensure we continue to be a great neighbor in our community, which is why we are strict when enforcing our Rental Policy standard.
