You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Authentic house with a huge garden
Big authentic house right in the middle of the "Utsera Resort" village at an altitude of 1050 metres above the sea level, with the biggest garden in the village overlooking stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Constant meditational sound of the Rioni river flowing down the village, with boasts 4 different mineral water springs within short walking distances from the house. There are some great tracking routes around.
Would love my guests to feel as comfortable as I possibly can. Offering them maximum comfort in the house, some basic foods for cooking, making tea and coffee and also 4 varieties of wine and chacha of my own production for sale. The house is being rented out in order to accumulate cash for restoration works as I would love to be able to keep it authentic and in good condition.
A small and very friendly village, where guests would be able to purchase local foods from the neighbors: milk, eggs, cheese, bread etc.
