It was fine for what we paid. The breakfast was basic continental there was enough. A few restaurants within walking distance. It was further out from Auxerre that we thought but we drove in, so not a problem. It was a bit confusing which one we had booked as there are two Ibis hotels next to each other. Perhaps, that could be made clearer.

Très bien. Petit bémol juste : bien que nous ayons réserver une chambre pour trois avec le lit d'appoint, ce dernier n'avait pas de couette ni couverture juste le drap. Heureusement que nous étions en été.

Enkel men komfortabel overnatning for 1 nat til en fin pris. Centralt i forhold til A6. God morgenmad. Ved indtjekning talte receptionisten kun fransk, så indtjekningen måtte foregå via google translate.

bel établissement mais service déplorable

Hôtel neuf et fonctionnel, rien à dire sur ce sujet. par contre le service est déplorable: arrivés à 14h30, pas de réception il fallait s'adresser à Ibis Styles. Quelqu'un m'a montré notre chambre mais pas possible d'en prendre possession car il n'y avait pas de courant donc pas d'ascenseur et encore moins d'informatique et il fallait revenir à partir de 17h30 (Maintenance). A 18 heures nous avons pu prendre possession de la chambre mais toujours des problèmes informatiques et on nous a demandé de régler la chambre, ayant fait plusieurs réservations avec paiement ou sans paiement je ne me suis pas souvenu que j'avais réglé. Il faut signalé un petit déjeuner très léger et le deuxième matin il n'y avait presque plus rien, entre autre plus de viennoiseries. . Ce même matin pas d'ascenseur pour mon épouse qui à de gros problèmes à monter ou descendre les escaliers et de plus nous étions au 2ème étage. A mon retour à mon domicile j'ai repris mes comptes et je me suis aperçu de mon règlement en double; lors j'ai appelé l'hôtel qui m'a dit connaître de gros problèmes informatiques et que j'allais être remboursé rapidement.. Au bout d'une semaine je rappelle et même son de cloche et après 2 semaines je relance avec moins de courtoisie et on me met en relation avec le Directeur qui règle le problème dans la journée. Merci Ibis pour tous ces problèmes et on oubliera pas ce séjour de 2 jours qui ne s'est même pas accompagné d'un petit geste commercial. ...

Petit-déjeuner limité en terme de choix mais ok. Une place pour un arrêt d’une nuit Hôtel neuf qui sent bon. Personnel agréable mais pas assez nombreux. Une seule personne de soir et une seule personne le matin avec les déjeuners et les départs.
