Everything was outstanding. Elfeu at the front desk is the example of the perfect customer service: polite, professional, knowledgeable, patient. Elfeu answered all our questions and we never felt rushed. The room is immaculate, the toiletries are excellent, the continental breakfast is wonderful with a big choice of fruit, yogurts, pastries, coffees, milks (we were very happy to see the soy one), the beds are comfortable and the linen is superb. You couldn’t wish for a better location. If we are ever in this area again, with no hesitation we will book our stay at this hotel.

Very nice

Everything is very nice. Hotel is built at top a hill so there are a fair amount of stairs to climb. The staff is very nice and helpful. The food is very good and of course the wine is excellent.

Perfect to explore Aveiro

Wow! The view of the city and the canals from our room were amazing. Breakfast was seriously fun with lots of automated options as well as homey straight from the honeycomb. Definitely will come back.
