A stopover in Avignon and what a magnificent discovery with its charming old town dominated by such an immense and important historic relic of the Palais des Papes, all the more pleasant to explore in this in-between-tourist-inflows season with its so beautiful weather! And especially staying in this gem of an elegant ground floor apartment with a private terrace overlooking a very flowery and quiet garden - a perfect place to relax after a day's program and to reflect upon... I leave you to choose. The inn is part of a former Augustinian monastery and has quite a unique intimate feel which you come across rarely while travelling. Sitting in the garden - you almost feel the soul and spirit of this 13th-century sanctuary. A recommendation not to miss! Special thanks to Patrick for his warmest and kindest care, tips and recommendations! My only regret is not staying longer.

忘れられない滞在

忘れられない滞在になりました！　アヴィニヨンの旧市街にあるホテルの周辺には、庶民的な食料品店やにぎわっているカフェやレストランがあるのですが、もともとは中世の修道院だったというホテルの敷地内に一歩足を踏み入れると、別世界が待っていました。泊まったスイートルームは「西欧のお屋敷」のイメージそのままのクラシックなテイストの家具と、モダンなキッチンがすてきに調和していました。バスルームのアメニティもとても質が高く、「旅先での贅沢なバスタイム」を堪能させてくれました。部屋からは緑にあふれる静かなパティオに直接アクセスできます。そして25ユーロの追加料金で、ホテル中庭のプライベートな屋外スペースで、すてきなブランチを楽しむことができました。オーナーご夫妻は優しく温かい人柄です。コストパフォーマンスにも大満足しています。また戻ってきたい、「宝石のような」、南フランスの私の隠れ家になりました。
