Walk Across the street to the beach for a stroll or saunter out on the Avila Beach Pier. Listen to waves and enjoy the fresh salt air. At day's end watch the stunning Avila Beach sunsets. Primary bedroom has a queen bed and TV.
Second bedroom has two twin beds. Living room has a queen-size sofa sleeper and a twin air bed for flexible sleeping options, TV, DVD player, Gas fireplace, Stereo. Superb location, comfortable space

We love this apartment and will certainly be back. It is an efficiently designed space and so easy to come back to from the beach for lunch, snacks, drinks, naps whatever! We were cozy but comfortable as a family of 6.

Exceeded our expectations. Unit had everything we needed and more. Easy to keep clean as there was a shower outside the door for sand removal and the beautiful laminate flooring was easy to sweep up. Quick and amazing communication with manager, Jose, who immediately answered our questions.

Avila Visit

We always absolutely love visiting Avila, and the property was the icing on the cake. The condo was gorgeous and clean. We loved being able to look at over the ocean. The property management company stayed in communication with us and we're amazing. We will definitely stay here again.
