Consisting of a large studio-apartment of approximately 130m2 fully furnished and complete with all comforts, large shower, table football, gas barbecue complete with utensils, heated outdoor spa, fully equipped kitchen, 4K TV, HD projector, audio system with karaoke, elastic trampolines for children and on request cot for babies, air-conditioned and soundproofed room, outdoor patio. The double bed measures 180x200, the queen size bed consists of a sofa bed. There is a coffee machine, drying rack, hairdryer, washing machine and linen. Private car/camper/motorcycle parking in a video-monitored area. Guests will have the entire apartment at their disposal and will enjoy absolute privacy. It is possible to park the car inside the property and enjoy all the external space of approximately 1 hectare among olive and almond trees.
