Outside, the villa offers to its guests a beautiful garden, furnished to spend good moments at open air, organising lunches and dinners and refreshing in the swimming pool in the hottest days.The countryside surrounding the property offers a breathtaking panoramic view.
This holiday house is a good starting point for the ones who want to explore the surrounding area, easily reaching charming beaches, as well as the baroque towns of Noto, Syracuse, Scicli, Modica and the nature reserves of Vendicari and Cavagrande del Cassibile.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.

Arrival between 16:00 and 21:00
Departure between 08:00 and 10:00

Pool open from 1 March to 30 November
