Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire 1 bedroom listing. Including use of the kitchen, bathroom & washer/dryer. During summer, neighborhood amenities are very close, including pool, tennis, pickleball, golf course & driving range.
Note: there is a pool fee for guests if you plan to use it ($14 for adults and $8 for children)
Parking: Please note there is only one parking spot assigned to this listing (the other parking spot in the driveway is assigned to the adjoining unit). If you are bringing more than one car, you must park the second one elsewhere.

The Neighborhood:
This is a quiet, friendly neighborhood on the golf course and just off of I70. You're less than a 10 minute drive to both the Beaver Creek & Vail ski areas.

Getting Around:
Most of our guests bring cars on their mountain journeys, but there are also bus and shuttle options in the area. Check Avon public transit sites for details.

Other Things to Note:
This property does not have air conditioning.
No Smoking of any kind inside of the unit
Cats are not allowed
No parties or bookings of more than 2 adults
Dogs are allowed from June through October.
There is an additional pet fee if you are bringing a pet, $50, only one pet will be allowed. (1 dog under 50 pounds.)
Dogs are not allowed November through May
There is a ring camera outside the front door.

Good location and pleasant place to stay. Cleanliness could have been a bit more of a priority. My stay was for 2 weeks and I was never given the code to be able to put trash in the bin.

A Last Resort

The location is great. Property was run down and not well maintained. Appliances did not work properly. Food preparation items, dishes and utensils were minimal (just 2 coffee cups). Baseboard heat in living area controlled remotely and remained below 65 degrees.

Convenient clean studio apartment

Loved that the apartment/condo was so clean!! Had everything we needed for our 5 days there. Enjoyed the bathroom upgrade and nice decor throughout. The fridge makes a lot of noise when it runs--it must be as old as the building!

Enjoyable Stay

This was a working trip for me. The place was a one bedroom, with a small kitchen table to work on, a practical bathroom, with a good shower head, and a nice bed to sleep in. Couch was comfortable and the large TV allowed for a little relaxation for me. Did not use the kitchen or the laundry except to make a cup of coffee. Property management was responsive and provided all details needed for check in. There is also a book available in the place which details additional instructions/directions/etc. Overall, I recommend this place and would stay there again.

Great location but very loud refrigerator

The apartment is in a great location. It is easy to get to Beaver Creek and Vail. It was very clean though there was dog hair from previous guests on the blankets. Unfortunately the refrigerator makes a terribly loud noise that was very disruptive.

Perfect for a Ski Getaway

My husband and I loved this condo when we stayed here for a ski getaway. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, and incredibly comfortable for us and our young son. We look forward to returning and staying here again.
