Oxford Court is a gem of a building situated on the namesake Beaver Creek just steps from the Village core. It is a short walk to everything, although Oxford is so comfortable some never leave the premises! #206 faces the Strawberry ski terrain and is approximately 1300 square feet with two bedrooms (one king + two queens), two full baths en suite (one with whirlpool), fully equipped open kitchen / living area with leather seating and lots of light, gas fireplace, three flat screens with cable / Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, decorated in a mountain chic style. Underground, reserved parking is convenient, as are your private ski lockers adjacent to the ski in/out doorway on the ground level. Ski out to chair #14 and ski in via the Oxford skier bridge. After the slopes, you will find the always-heated pool refreshing, especially after catching snowflakes in the hot tub. If skiing wasn't enough, Oxford's gym will finish you off. The Village restaurants and cafes, bars, ice skating, shops, and arts are delightful for the entire family and highly walkable. You will come back.

Several unresolved issues

1. Owner was repeatedly left messages but never responded. 2. Messaged owner about noisy, leaky master bath toilet. It ran continuously, noisily, and prevented us from sleeping. Asked for repair. No response. We left early due to this. 3. Owner gave us incorrect gate code. After waiting for no response from owner, concierge gave us correct code. 4. There isn’t a pantry for food items. 5. 2nd bedroom mattresses are very worn and uncomfortable. 6. We never received a checkout list. 7. We left after 1 night and will not return here for reasons listed above. 8. Extremely disappointed owner never responded to our requests. Extremely.

Absolutely amazing!

We had 3 adult college friends stay here for our annual ski trip, and it could not have been better. The location is ideal, with true ski in/out. The Village felt like a little European alpine town. Mountain was excellent. The unit itself was extremely well kept, with beautiful decor that we commented on our entire stay. Absolutely 5/5!

Well Located Condo

My wife and two son's enjoyed a week in this well located well maintained condo. We bought groceries and cooked most of our family meals in the kitchen. Having a washer dryer in the condo was very handy. The condo has a parking space in the underground garage and a storage locker which is convenient for storing ski equipment. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We hope to return next year.

We had a very lovely stay in this condo. It is centrally located in Beaver Creek Village. If you want to ski in/out, be sure to map out your ski routes for easy departure and return to Oxford Court. If you prefer to ride Centennial Lift at the base of the mountain, you will need to walk with your gear to/from the condo.

Perfect Ski Getaway – Amazing Location & Comfort!

Our family had an incredible stay at this 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo! The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the village (across the street, and less than 5 min to Centennial Lift), making it super convenient to hit the slopes early. The condo itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, the beds were cozy, and the living space was perfect for unwinding after a long day of skiing. The balcony’s look at the entrance of the village.The check-in process was seamless, and the hosts were responsive and helpful. If you’re looking for a place that combines convenience, comfort, and a great atmosphere, this is it! I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

Wonderful in every way

Our family loved staying at Gerry’s place. The pictures were accurate but it felt bigger than expected with the large windows and high ceilings in the living room. Location couldn’t have been better. Ski in/ out was surprisingly available early in the season and the village was an easy walk across the street. We were able to park our extra car in the free lot at the gate. All very easy to do! Would love to stay here again!

Excellent location. Unit furnishings are dated. Owner gave the wrong code to the garage and fromt desk did not know we were checking in which caused a 30 mins delay. Very short on towels when we arrived in the unit.eventually housekeeping showed up with a bad of wet towels to put in the dryer one hour after check in time. Oven was not clean and had chemical smell so we did not use it.

Spring Break!

Our family of three spent spring break - the snow was not the greatest for skiing as we hit a week where the sun was shining and a warm 60*! The location of the condo was perfect for checking out the shops and restaurants - walking distance to everything. Loved having a well stocked kitchen to cook meals and do laundry along with playing Chess! Loved having the parking in the garage, too! Another great perk was being able to screen mirror on the Samsung TV in the living room after taking pictures and sharing with each other on the big screen! Gerry was super quick to respond and fantastic to work with on our stay. Thank you for a great week!

We had a very pleasant stay at Oxford Court 206. The apartament was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was very good too, basicaly 5min from everything.

Great Location - ski on/off

My husband and I had a wonderful ski week - condo was clean and as described. The beds were more comfortable than ours at home! Easy on/off slopes and communication with owner was very good. Highly recommend.

Great place in a great location

Very clean, spacious, and location cannot be beat! Elkhorn lift is right there and ski in right to the building from Strawberry. We preferred just getting on the Centennial gondola because it was so close (couple minutes walk) and it was fun being right in the Village with our kids for skating, pizza, etc. Gerry was very responsive and the unit was cozy and welcoming.

Perfect ski condo

Clean as a whistle and true to the description. Ski out was complicated by lack of snow (Elkhorn lift closed) but the walk to Centennial through the Village was easy. Ski in was fine - they have a snow gun to keep the route usable! Convenient, well-equipped, and responsive host.

Perfect location

The property is great. Very convenient location ( 3-5 min walk to Centennial chair) It is clean has all essentials. Even parking is included, which is a huge plus if you staying in the village. We had a very pleasant stay. Thank you.

Awesome Location!

This condo is located right in Beaver Creek village, which as so nice! We could walk to restaurants, coffee shop, shops and right to the Centennial lift. You can also ski right it if the doors to the Elkhorn lift which was so convenient. Gerry was so great to work with. Our travel plans got delayed a day due to weather and Gerry allowed us to change the rental dates for no fee since the condo was open the day we were supposed to check out. He was quick to respond and so easy to work with!

Can’t beat the location

Great condo in the perfect location. Comfortable, quiet and fully equipped. Great communication and photos/listing is accurate. The building and condo are dated decor, but it has everything you need in a perfect lication.
