Not a house....

Cons:First of all, a lot of for a very average property. The listing said that this was a house...this is not a house, it is a condo in a neighborhood of other condos. We intentionally booked this location because we like our privacy and wanted a separate house - very misleading. Cleanliness is also an issue - dog hair on couches, area rugs are soiled and smelled bad, inside of kitchen cabinets and drawers is dirty. The listing also indicated that there was a gym. There is no gym. There is a Rec center down the road for 25 a day. Pros:Location. Bathrooms seemed to be updated and were fairly nice.

Enjoyable weekend

Nice townhome, with some cool features and plenty of space. Price / value was commensurate with the location. Nothing really to do within walking distance of the property (other than walk..), but knew that before renting it. Back patio and a few things a little “dated” but nothing I would really complain about. Solid 4/5

Overall great spot on the golf course

Clean, comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped, great garage, great parking, quiet neighborhood. However for a summer stay, the outside patio furniture was very worn, dirty and some of the chairs were broken and not useable. The outside area did not live up to the inside at all
I could see where with a skiing/winter stay, that wouldn’t matter but for enjoying beautiful summer afternoons and evenings it was a bummer.

Good size but crazy bedroom layout. Would have enjoyed tv in bedrooms instead of loft area. Kitchen could use more pots and pans. Great location. Used garage entrance - more coat and boot space for 6 folks would have been nice. Overall, very nice stay!

We rented this property for our family of 6 and would again! Great location allowing us to easily her to both Vail or Beaver in 10 Minutes or less. Very spacious main floor. Loved the location on the golf course for our kids to play in the snow.

Great House for Family Visiting Multiple Resorts

We stayed over Spring Break with a family of four, including two small children. The house is a good size and worked perfectly for our family. To be clear, you'll need to drive to wherever you are skiing. That was part of the plan for us as we skied at both Beaver Creek and Vail. We drove the 3-5 minutes to the Elk Lot at BC and the 12-15 minutes to the Lionhead Garage at Vail. The house was clean upon arrival. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed (wish they had a K-Cup coffee maker). Quiet neighborhood - although this is a duplex and the people next to us were a bit loud at times. It has a two car garage, but there is only room for one car as the owner's stuff is on either side (not a big deal, just so you know). You can still park in the driveway if you have more than one car. It backs onto a golf course, which is great in the wintertime as the kids went back there to play and run around. We'd recommend this house to anyone not requiring to be on-mountain.

Very clean and spacious.

A little further out from Avon than expected so we had to travel by car to the ski resort and restaurants as the free bus line stops were not nearby. The place was very nice, spacious and clean. My only complains that there was no paper towels / napkins or dishwasher detergent.

Exactly what we needed

We brought a youth baseball team to the area for a tournament and needed a place to stay. This home was perfect for what we needed. The space was large enough to accommodate the entire party. And it was very reasonable. Thanks for helping make our trip great.
