On the ground floor is a modern design, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, double-door Fridge/freezer), utility room with gas hob, spacious living/dining area, a double bedroom with separate shower/toilet and storage room.

The entertainment in the living area comprises of an Lcd television (satellite), home cinema, dvd/cd player.

On the first floor are three bedrooms; a bedroom with twin beds with en-suite shower room, the master bedroom with en-suite shower room and a bedroom with a double bed with en-suite shower room. All bedrooms have ample fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning.

A generous balcony and a worktop with a sink are also on the first floor.

The property is walled with natural stone and have direct access to the sea passing the road. The garden includes a private swimming pool (5 x 10m) with roman steps, an outdoor bar and a large covered veranda. The finishing and decoration inside and out are all of the highest quality and latest design.

This brand-new beachfront villa has the benefit of walking distance to several taverns and bars, a small supermarket and a kiosk. The villa is situated in a private location, in the beautiful village of Argaka, a traditional Cypriot village. This village is located about a 5 minutes drive from the seaside town Polis Chrysochous and a 50 minutes drive from Paphos and Paphos International Airport.

The area offers plenty opportunity for water sports, fishing and other outdoor activities. The (future) golf courses in Limni, Latchi Marina with its famous fish taverns and the town Polis Chrysochous with all necessary amenities are just a few minutes driving away from the villa.

The villa sleeps up to 8, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathroom, It has three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. It provides also Baby Cots and high chars.
