     Ayia Napa Villa 1364 offers great sea views and a superb patio area surrounded by a mature garden. Just in front of the villa is large lawn-covered garden ideal for children to play. The walkway that passes just in front of the villa stretches along the coast of Ayia Napa and one can easily walk along this walkway from Nissi Beach on the West to the beginning of Cape Greco Area on the East.

     Ayia Napa Villa 1364 features an open plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room offers comfortable sofas and flat screen TV.
