The villa is ideally situated on a popular complex and is well liked by both families and young people. A car is not necessary if you plan to stay in the area, as everything you would need is within walking distance, however, off road parking is provided if required.

When you arrive you will notice a fruit tree hanging over the fence providing the privacy for the pool and patio area and with another one at the back of the property, they are just ripe for picking. Colourful bushes add to the tropical feel. You will be impressed by the size of the outside area with enough room for all your sun beds and al fresco dining. The table tennis table even has its own separate area, so something to suit everyone. As the outside is completely fenced, you will have total seclusion in which to retreat from the hustle and bustle.

This smart villa is very well furnished with lovely dark wood furniture and matching leather sofas; an area in which to relax and watch the TV . Patio doors lead to a patio area at the front of the house, which offers further shade should you require some respite from the glorious Cyprus sun.

Upstairs you will be surprised by the size of the landing area off which are two bedrooms, a double and a twin and the family bathroom. Both bedrooms are a good size and have patio doors which lead to a shared balcony at the front of the villa; a lovely vantage point from which to view the Ayia Napa surrounding area.

You can’t come to Ayia Napa without at least one visit to the Water Park and this villa is only about a 20 minute walk away. Ideal property and excellent location makes this property a must for anyone.
