On the ground floor you will find an extensive kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and spacious bathroom with whirlpool bath, a bedroom with bunk bed, a bedroom with single bed and a second bathroom with shower. On the first floor are 2 bedrooms with a total of 4 single beds. Outside you can enjoy the spacious garden with sun loungers, garden furniture, BBQ and tennis court.

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
The holiday home is situated on the same property as the house of the homeowner
