We have stayed at the hotel at least 6 times in recent years and this time we felt a radical change in the breakfast. The breakfast has become poor and many things that used to be there are missing. The Asian corner, smoked and pickled salmon, vegetables like radishes, a selection of cakes, all of these are no more and it is a shame and the price they ask for the meal is very high compared to what you get

An amazing location, beautiful lobby and very nice modern rooms. Only complaint was the fact our room only had one bath towel, and our coffees were not replenished for our second morning.

I have stayed at this hotel for many years, and amenities/maintenance are constantly declining. Specifically, on this stay air conditioning barely worked, and in the morning there was no hot water. Was not fixed in hours, although we were this would not last longer then 10 minutes. Room furniture is defect (table) and bathroom amenities are non-existent. This is a beautiful property, but unfortunately by now poorly run. Steigenberger went through an ownership change, may be that’s the root cause. Too bad!

Whilst I did not take advantage of all the hotel had to offer ( simply using it as a base to visit family), it's a great hotel. Nice vibe, great size rooms and nice staff. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful hotel, very friendly, helpful and attentive stuff. Great breakfasts and good kitchen. A few small things that need upgrade: no ventilation in bathroom, old and worn towels, bathroom amenities need some fix up. Otherwise, awesome place to stay.

I love the hotel but this time no wash soap, no shampoo, and no remote control - when I asked about the VIP access upgrade and /or 20 Euro for meal or drinks, it was denied. When I checked out, I was asked why I didn’t use it. This time - very disappointed about not fixing items within two nights.
