Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser Ferienwohnung - wunderbar! Alles vorhanden, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Die Lage ist genial, der Ausblick auf die Elbe traumhaft.Wir kommen gerne wieder!

2 Sterne gibt es für den Ausblick, die Wohungsgröße, den schönen Sonnenbalkon und die Möglichkeit, direkt von der Unterkunft aus Wanderungen machen zu können und in 1 km Entfernung entlang der Elbe nach Bad Schandau laufen zu können. Auch die Wanderfähre fährt "vor der Haustür" ab.Abzüge gibt es für die mangelnde Sauberkeit (in allen Ecken Spinnweben, die Fenster und Plisees sind total verdreckt!!), die schlechte WLAN-Verbindung (wir hatten von 6 Tagen ca 1,5 Tage WLAN), die schwache Ausstattung an Gläsern (wurde aufgestockt während unseres Urlaubs, teilweise durch sehr alte unterschiedliche Biergläser) und die geringe Anzahl an Besteck (3-4 Löffel!)Besonders störend war der muffige Geruch in der Wohnung, vor allem im Schlafzimmer. Winterbettdecken wären auch schön gewesen...

Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Gegend hat genau das geboten, was wir uns erträumt haben: Felsen, Wanderungen, Elbe und mehrDie Ferienwohnung hatte alles, was man für eine kurze Zeit benötigt - es gibt nur etwas zu wenige Steckdosen..Die Lage ist wirklich Mega ( wenn man den ersten Eindruck - die Wohnung liegt auf einem Firmengelände - überwunden hat ) direkt an der Elbe - ein Fähranleger ist unmittelbar erreichbar und auch zu Fuß ist man in 15 Minuten in der Ortsmitte - TOPDie Grundsauberkeit war da - für einen Aufenthalt länger als eine Woche würde ich mir Putzmittel und nen Bodenwischer wünschen - es gibt aber einen Staubsauger, der hat das Gröbste erledigtLeider gibt es wirklich viele Spinnweben außen an den Fenstern, die man natürlich auch innen sieht Ansonsten: super tolle Lage und auch der Kontakt zu Vermieter und Hausmeister war spitze - wenn es Fragen oder Wünsche gab, dann wurde es sehr zeitnah erledigt - sei es der Abfluss der Dusche oder noch nen weiteren Satz Handtücher

Wir waren Ende September in Bad Schandau. Von der Lage her hat es uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Der Fahrradweg ist direkt vor der Tür und auch zum Wandern ist es ein super Ausgangspunkt. Das Städtchen ist auch sehr schön zum spazieren gehen. Die Wohnung an sich ist gut von der Größe und auch Ausstattung ausreichend. Was uns jedoch nicht so gut gefallen hat. Die Wohnung war im großen und Ganzen relativ sauber, aber auf dem Boden und dem Sofa lagen überall Krümel und Dreck rum. So dass ich selbst nochmal durchgesaugt habe. Und leider waren wirklich überall in den Ecken, an den Wänden, Türen und Fenstern Spinnweben und auch viele Spinnen. Am ersten Abend mussten wir erstmal ne Runde drehen und die Spinnen wegmachen. Was wir leider auch schade fanden, dass anstatt des weißen Sofas auf den Bildern ein oranges Schlafsofa da stand. Dieses war Mega unbequem und zu zweit war es echt blöd sich da bequem drauf zu sitzen. Wir hatten nun leider einen Regentag und haben dadurch haben wir noch mehr die schlechte Ausstattung des Wohnzimmer bemerkt. Also ein neues Sofa würde die Wohnung wirklich aufwerten und noch ein Fliegengitter im Wohnzimmer, damit man gescheit mal durchlüften kann. Und wirklich wichtig wäre, dass ordentlicher geputzt wird.

Vorweg: die Lage und der Blick von der Terrasse sind sehr schön. Leider gibt es auch negative Dinge: Die vielen Spinnennestern besonders an den Fenstern innen und außen - hier war erstmal von uns putzen angesagt. Die Fensterbänke haben wir zwei Tage lang mehrmals abgewischt, da sie immer wieder voller kleiner Spinnen war. Die Einrichtung ist teilweise abgewohnt, das Sofa weißt mehrere Risse auf, die Sitzpolster außen sind dreckig und teilweise zerrissen, ebenso sind viele Flecken auf den Polstern der Esszimmerstühle. Wir haben daher um eine Preisermäßigung von 50 Euro für unsere Reinigungsarbeit und die vorgefundenen Umständige gebeten, erhalten haben wir 30 Euro. So schön die Lage und der Blick von der Terrasse ist, bei schlechtem Wetter oder wenn man sich viel innen aufhalten muss können wir diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen, wenn sich daran etwas ändert.

Voortreffelijke locatie

Niet heel lux maar alles wat nodig was, heel praktisch. Niet ver van Bad Schandau, max 20 min lopen. Aan de Elbe met het Elbefietspad ertussen. De locatie was heel mooi, lekker eten op het balkon met de Elbe voor de deur. Ook het veer naar Bad Schandau voor de deur. Aan de overkant veel treinen, maar daar had je geen last van, wij vonden dat juist wel leuk om te zien. De omgeving is ook heel mooi, veel te zien, veel wandel en fietsmogelijkheden. Het in- en uitchecken en contact met de gastheer was heel soepel.
